  Miss
Miss is our beloved house cat. She's been with us through thick and thin over the years. Our daughter cannot remember a time without Miss. She is her cat and won't hear anything of any other cat in the family being prettier than Miss.

And she is very pretty - as we had confirmed once and for all back in 2004 when we entered her into her
(and our) first ever, show.
She was 8 years old at the time,
and brought home not only a
Best-in-Show!
But a
BEST OF THE BEST-prize as well!!

We never showed her again -
we of course know to quit while on top.

She is named (by our daughter at the age of three) after Postman Pat's black and white cat, Miss, and it suits her. Even though she's getting a bit long in the tooth, she's a kitten at heart. We often se her racing across the back yard with an imaginary rocket up her butt. Scurrying up a tree and down again - and you can see it's just for the heck of it.
The lady ain't a tramp either, because she's spayed of course.

It's not easy taking pictures of Miss because she's so black - and at the same time…white, ya know? That isn't easy when you're not a pro. with the camera - but we do have a few shots.
